Plants Vs Zombies

Its dawn, Zombies rise from the grave and start to drag their feet to crazy Dave’s house, well crazy Dave starts to panic. Then even worse Super brainz approaches! And there’s a huge wave of zombies! Suddenly plants start to hop out of the ground and they begin to attack the zombie’s .plants start to vanquish zombies to save crazy Dave after a short battle zombies quit. They tell their boss to do something “I’ve been waiting for this moment “said Zomboss, I just finished my project THE ZOMBOT! Zombot looks like a humongous zombie robot with a spikey collar .Now the plants will beg for their life! HAHAHAH! Meanwhile .Cabbages were put on the roof .Peashooter was planted in the ground .Suddenly there was a huge shadow Zomboss was sitting inside zombot .looks like  he’s coming said cabbage, then Zomboss started to put zombies everywhere .on the roof, in the backyard and the front yard .The plants started to attack .after all that fighting, zomboss lowered his head and started to open its mouth .out came an Icey ball .It squashed plants .Then Cherry bomb exploded in front of zombot”s head the plants are silent then they celebrated! The end.

First in the holiday my family went to minigolf 'lost in time ' near Aoetea square ,there was 4 stages .world 1 ,gold mine ,forest of unknown and stone age .Our challenge was to hit the less to get it in the hole ,Our mum won next we went to jump it was so fun Peyton (our little brother was jumping then he landed his face luckily he didn't cry otherwise we would be at home .I was very grateful ! Lastly when we got home i played on mt tablet .i played jet pack joyride  ,its about  a man who stole a  machine gun jet pack ,i obtained 180 coins in a game ! i brought the bubble jet pack and then i played more games!

Trip to Rotorua By Alyana

Trip to Rotorua!

On Friday me my church and some other church’s went to Rotorua for our church camp. We would play games and church activities. We would have to sleep in our tents. At night our tent was wet so we got shifted to another tent. The next morning we had to take our bags, sleeping bags, pillows and blanket to the next tent that we slept in. The tent that we slept in was water proof so no rain goes in our tent. We had Coco rice for breakfast and hot and spicy curry for dinner. I miss camp because I liked seeing all the other lovely church members. I didn’t like driving to Rotorua and driving back to Auckland. It took me and my family 3 hours to get Rotorua. This camp site is a big camp site so you can get lost easily. It is very far from Auckland. It took a long way back but we made it home safely. When we got home we had to unpack It was 7pm When we got home so we quickly unpacked and went to bed. By Alyana

My Glow In the dark holiday by Joshua

In The holidays me and my sister made glow in the dark t-shirts at my Nana's house. First me and mum went to spotlight to get glow in the dark pens and blank white t-shirts. Then we went to pay for our shopping. After that we went to my Nana's house to make t-shirts.First we had to plan what we were going to draw on our t-shirts. After planning my sister said she is going to do the ghostbusters logo and I said I was going to do "Michael Jackson". But before we could go to do our t-shirts, our Aunty came to help us. Then she asked which picture to do and I showed her the picture on the Ipad then she started to draw the picture.When we all finished our t-shirts, we had to wait for 4 hours to dry.
When It was 7:00pm it finished drying. When it was dark we tried our t-shirts on it really worked I was surprised that it glowed in the dark.

My Holidays By Makoe

In the holidays I went to my cousins birthday at Inflatable World. When me and my family got there I went straight to my cousin, gave him his birthday card and said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY". 

After that I went and played on the bouncy slides and on all the bouncy places. Then the birthday started. All of us went up stairs to celebrate my cousin "Xanders" birthday. 

When I got up-stairs I saw heaps of yummy food like:sausage rolls, cupcakes, fruit kebabs, lasagna, chicken, strawberry's with chocolate icing and heaps of other yummy food.

 After we ate all that yummy food we went down stairs to play again. I played soccer with my cousin. At last the tiring game of soccer had come to an end then I went back on the slides.We finally went home. I was so happy I got to go to my cousins birthday because it was cool and it was a lot of fun!

On Monday, Jean Batten School had an assembly in the hall. Room 2 shared our art board that  was made by my friend Mattia and Mr Jackson. When I saw Mattia walk up stage two boy came along to with Mattia. Their names were Ihaiah and Fuapau. There had to hold the art board while Mattia was reading the paper in front of the whole school. When I saw Mattia walk on to stage she didn’t look scared when she was reading it. 
My favorite Art board was room 1.

Tongan Fashion Show by Akshath

On Tuesday we went to the Tongan Fashion Show. It was fun. We got to watch some performers in the show. There was a boy named Fuapau and he’s in Room 2. (I’m in Room 2 as well.) He’s a year 5 and I’m a year 4.

Fuapau was in the Fashion Show because he’s a Tongan. I was excited to see a boy in the Fashion Show from Room 2. He was great. He was a little bit nervous but when he came up to the stage everyone was cheering for him. He was still nervous when people were cheering for him.
