War for
the Planet of the Apes.
One cloudy afternoon in the
holidays my Cousin, my Sister, my friend, me, my Uncle and Aunty went to the
movies. We were going to watch Spider- man but the movie was booked out. I was
so disappointed but we still watched War for the planet of the Apes.
We
patiently waited for our tickets. Soon everyone left the line so we gave our
ticket to the lady and headed into the movie. I touched the hard bill boards that
were hanging on the wall. While we were walking we found the door to our movie
so we entered in. We went down to the front row. When we found our seats we sat
down and waited for the ads to present the movie. I could smell the buttery
popcorn. I was annoyed because someone was kicking my seat.
After 2 hours we
left and clapped. When the lights turned on we sat up because the movie was
finished. We got out of the movie door and went downstairs to the arcade. We
played all sorts of games like throwing some balls in the hoop to get more
tickets. We also played Pac-man. If you beat the game you get 1500 tickets. Later
we went to see how much tickets we had. We had 43 tickets.
We left the movies
and hopped in the car and we drove to McDonald’s. We all had a Triple cheese
burger and a frozen blueberry Fanta.
Going to the movies and McDonalds with my
family was my favourite part of the holidays.
